The 2nd unitE 2024 conference aims to cover topics related to the theme “Strengthening Collaboration for Community Socioeconomic Empowerment”. Topics of interest for submission include, but are not limited to these themes:
- Poverty alleviation - Equitable economic opportunities - Financial literacy - Social justice - Governance and institutional capacity - Inclusive education - Community well-being - Health and wellness - Environmental conservation and sustainability - Any other topic related to socioeconomic empowerment Publication Opportunities: 1. All accepted extended abstracts will be published in unitE2024 e-proceedings with ISBN. 2. Following acceptance of the extended abstract, all participants are welcome to submit a full paper. 3. Selected papers will be published in a special issue of the following academic journals: *Scopus Indexed Journal (TBC) *Journal of Administrative Science (MyCite, ACI) *with additional publication fee 4. To submit a full paper, authors are required to select a journal and adhere to the submission guidelines provided by the chosen journal. Important Notes: 1. Acceptance of a paper for publication in a journal is subject to the journal's terms and conditions. 2. Publication of special issues in the aforementioned journals is also subject to the journals’ terms and conditions. 3. A notification will be sent by email to the authors of the selected papers, and an additional publication fee will be charged depending on the journal. Extended Abstract Guidelines: 1. The extended abstracts must be written in a minimum of two (2) to a maximum of five (5) pages. 2. It may be written in English or Malay. 3. The extended abstract should include an introduction, methods, results, discussion, conclusion, recommendation, and references. 4. The author’s biodata must be included after the references section on a new page and should be between 50 to 150 words. 5. The deadline for extended abstract submission is June 1, 2024. 6. Notification of abstract acceptance is on a rolling basis. |
