Call For Papers | |||||||||
For more than 80 years, the SAE Energy & Propulsion Conference & Exhibition (EPC) – previously called the Powertrains, Fuels & Lubricants Conference & Exhibition – has served as the industry’s go-to event for OEMs, suppliers, researchers, engineers, government officials, academics, and other professionals to discover and discuss emerging technologies. No one-size-fits-all solution will work across applications. That's why EPC offers content for light-, medium-, and heavy-duty vehicles, as well as on-road mobile machinery. A broad scope of topics will be covered, with a focus on new and developing technologies designed to meet clean and sustainable powertrain performance standards and regulations. No stone will be left unturned: We’ll cover hybrids, fuel cells, synthetic fuels, innovative ICEs and other avant-garde powertrain systems, as well as their components.
New for 2024 is a session focused on Infrastructure. We are seeking to convene policy experts from State DOTs to showcase what they are developing with vehicle manufactures, other DOTs, federal government agencies and energy producers. Additionally, we would like to share with DOT the work industry and infrastructure providers are doing in the areas of EV and hydrogen charging stations and the development of distribution stations. Topics of interest for the 2024 program include, but are not limited to: Electric Propulsion Electrified and Conventional Transmissions and Drivelines Emission Control Engine Combustion Fuels and Lubricants General Powertrain New Engine Components, Actuators and Sensors Electric/Hydrogen Infrastructure Student Poster Session |
