Objectives and topics
We invite researchers, practitioners, and innovators to contribute to a special session dedicated to the transformative impact of generative and natural language processing methods for industrial and business applications. This session aims to showcase cutting-edge research, innovative methodologies, and practical applications that harness the power of language processing in transforming industrial processes and optimizing businessScope and Topics of Interest: Papers are welcome, but not limited to, in the following areas: operations. Natural Language Processing (NLP) in Manufacturing. Application of NLP in optimizing manufacturing processes, quality control, and supply chain management. Text analysis for predictive maintenance and process optimization in industrial settings. Generative methods for multimedia data for data augmentation and other business applications. Language Generation and Understanding in Business Contexts. Sentiment analysis and opinion mining for customer feedback and market trends in business environments. Automated content generation for marketing, customer engagement, and brand strategy. Ethical and Privacy Considerations. Addressing ethical concerns and ensuring data privacy in the implementation of language processing methods in both industrial and business landscapes. Innovative Applications and Case Studies. Presentations of successful case studies, real-world applications, and transformative use-cases of language processing in diverse industrial and business scenarios. Authors are invited to submit their papers electronically in pdf format, through EasyChair. All the special sessions and satellite workshops are centralized as tracks in the same conference management system as the regular papers. Authors can download the Latex (recommended) or Word templates available at Springer's web site. Submissions not following the format guidelines will be rejected without review. To ensure high quality, all papers will be thoroughly reviewed by the GNLPinIB 2024 Program Committee. All accepted papers must be presented by one of the authors who must register for the conference and pay the fee. The conference proceedings will be published by Springer in the prestigious series LNCS/LNAI (indexed by ISI CPCI-S, included in ISI Web of Science, EI, ACM Digital Library, dblp, Google Scholar, Scopus, etc.). |
