Announcement: Due to the notice from the organizing committee, ICET 2023 will be postponed from July 14-16 to September 15-17 in Xi'an, China. We will work hard to provide a high quality alternative that allows the exchange of community's latest research and ideas. Welcome your join in September!

Call for Special Session
ICET 2023 solicits proposals for special sessions within the technical scope of the conference. Special sessions supplement the regular program of the conference and provide a sample of the state-of-the-art research in both academia and industry in special, novel, challenging, and emerging topics.
Special Session Proposals Due: June 30, 2023
Notification of Special Session Acceptance: July 30, 2023
Submission of full five-page papers for approved Special Sessions: August 20, 2023

Submission Information:
1. Submit papers of at least 4 pages, up to 5 pages in length, double-column style as template, including figures, tables & references, which will be presented in oral presentations. In addition, we welcome abstracts & papers which will be presented in formal presentation sessions.
2. Provide an abstract of no more than 250 words if you only want to do presentation at the conference.
3. Submit papers in PDF (Portable Document Format) and ensure that they are compatible with Adobe Acrobat (English version). Other formats, including Postscript, will not be accepted. Avoid using any special characters or non-standard fonts. We must be able to display and print your submission exactly as we receive it using only standard tools and printers, so we strongly suggest that you use only standard fonts embedded in the PDF file.

Conference Proceedings
The submission will be under a careful reviewing process, all accepted papers after double-blind peer review with proper registration and presentation, will be collected in the IEEE conference proceedings, and then reviewed and included in IEEE Xplore, indexed by Ei Compendex, and Scopus, etc. major databases.


Special Issue
The Program Committee will select the best papers from the conference registered papers and ask authors to extend the papers. The papers will be published in the special issue as follows:

Education Sciences (ISSN 2227-7102)
High visibility: Scopus, ESCI (Web of Science), ERIC, Educational Research Abstracts, and many other databases.
