Extended Abstracts or Full paper(s) must be uploaded by 15, July 2011 and they must be in MS doc or docx format (about 6 pages - single space, font size of 11, two-column, IEEE Style) including references. All reasonable typesetting formats are acceptable (later, the authors of accepted papers will be asked to follow a particular typesetting format to prepare their final papers for publication.) Papers must not have been previously published or currently submitted for publication elsewhere. The first page of the paper should include: the title of the paper, name, affiliation, postal address, and email address for each author. The first page should also identify the name of the contact Author, Extended Abstract and a maximum of 5 topical keywords that would best represent the content of the paper. Finally, the conference name (Eg. ASIAN’11) that the paper is being submitted for consideration must be stated on the first page. The length of the final/Camera-Ready papers (if accepted) will be limited to 6 (two-column) IEEE style pages. Each paper will be triple blind peer-reviewed by experts in the field for originality, significance, clarity, impact, and soundness. In cases of contradictory recommendations, a member of the conference program committee will be charged to make the final decision (accept/reject). All proceedings of ANNAWORLD Congress 2011 will be published in online/print in refereed journals and indexed in major databases (varies from conference to conference – see individual websites of the conferences at www.ariespub.com for more information) IMPORTANT DATES: 15, July 2011: Submission of Extended Abstracts / Full papers (about 6 pages) 01, August 2011: Notification of acceptance (+/- 4 Days) 15, October 2011: Final Camera-ready papers & Registration 01-04, December 2011: The ANNA WORLD '11 (10 joint Conferences) Early Bird Registration: Before 30th September 2011 MEMBERS OF PROGRAM COMMITTEES & EDITORS The program committee and Journal editorial panel is currently being compiled. Many committee members and editors are renowned leaders, scholars, researchers, scientists and practitioners of the highest ranks; many are directors of research labs, members of National Academy of Engineering, fellows of various societies, heads/chairs of departments, program directors of research funding agencies, Deans and provosts as well as the executive members of ANNA World Congress. Program Committee members are expected to have established a strong and documented research track record. Asian’11) offering to help with. PROPOSAL FOR ORGANIZING SESSIONS/WORKSHOPS Each session will have at least 6 - 8 paper presentations from different authors. The session chairs will be responsible for all aspects of their sessions; including, soliciting papers, reviewing, selecting best papers, comments and constructive criticism etc. The names of session chairs will appear as Associate Editors in the Conference proceedings / Journals and on the cover of the print editions. Proposals to organize sessions should include the following information: name and address (with email) of proposer, his/her biography, title of the session, a 150-word description of the topic of the session, the name of the conference the session is being submitted to for consideration (Eg. ASIAN’11), and a short description on how the session will be advertised (in most cases, session proposers solicit papers from colleagues and researchers whose work is known to the session proposer). Referred Proceedings: Online / Print All peer-reviewed and accepted papers will be included in a special issue in one of the refereed Journals with an ISSN/ISBN and will be published in print/online under the open access publications model at www.ariespub.com, indexed in major databases and periodicals. 6. Presentation of Additional paper An author can present up to two papers subject to payment of USD $100 for the additional paper which must be presented by the same author. 7. Networking with your international colleagues This conference is an international forum which will feature your research work and provide an opportunity to meet and network with international colleagues, businesses, entrepreneurs, publishers, etc. Multi-national sponsors and stalls are open for viewing to enable international networking. A certificate will be issued to all Chairs and members acknowledging their role at the conference. 9. Power Point Presentation: We will provide laptop/terminal and data projector for power point presentations. Just bring your USB stick / Pen-Drive for presentation. Kindly ensure that you have two or more copies of your presentations and files to ensure smooth presentation. To avoid time management issues we would like to request you to kindly load your presentation files 10 minutes before the start of the session. 10. Mahabalipuram, derived from 'Mamallapuram' (Tamil: மாமல்லபுரம்) is a town in Kancheepuram district in the Indian state of Tamil Nadu. It has an average elevation of 12 metres (39 feet). Mahabalipuram was a 7th century port city of the South Indian dynasty of the Pallavas around 60 km south from the city of Chennai in Tamil Nadu. The name Mamallapuram is believed to have been given after the Pallava king Narasimhavarman I, who took on the epithet Maha-malla (great wrestler), as the favorite sport of the Pallavas was wrestling. It has various historic monuments built largely between the 7th and the 9th centuries (Wikipedia, 2011).
