Call For Papers

Abstract submissions for Diversity Interventions 2022 are open now. Authors are invited to submit their abstracts by 10 March 2022.

Jointly hosted by Science in Australia Gender Equity (SAGE) Limited, Advance HE and Oxford University, the Diversity Interventions conference will run in tandem between Australia and the UK.

All accepted abstracts will be shared with the delegates of both the Australian and UK conferences and a joint book of abstracts and conference proceedings will be published after the conferences.

WHO CAN SUBMIT AN ABSTRACT?
SAGE is actively encouraging abstract submissions from the full range of professionals involved in gender equity, diversity, and inclusion (GEDI), including but not limited to GEDI practitioners, policymakers, advocates, researchers, and academics from any discipline.

You can submit your abstract for the Australian and/or UK conferences via Oxford Abstracts. Due to the time difference between the UK and Australia, you can choose to present at both conferences.

ABSTRACT SUBMISSION GUIDELINES
The Organising Committee invites submissions of abstracts (research, practice, workshop) of no more than 500 words.

Suggested themes include but are not limited to:

- gender equality action plans
- innovative interventions
- translating lessons and successes
- professional development of EDI practitioners
- institutional/departmental maturity
- meaningful partnerships and co-design
- impact of COVID-19 on equity, diversity and inclusion.

Abstract submissions close 10 March 2022. You will be notified by 15 March 2022 if your abstract has been accepted.
