International Journal on AdHoc Networking Systems (IJANS)
Call for Papers In recent years, AdHoc networks have been attracting much interest in both academic and industrial communities. International Journal on AdHoc Networking Systems is an open access peer-reviewed journal that serves as a forum to discuss on ongoing research and new contributions. The journal addresses both practical and theoretical research in the areas of ad hoc networks, sensor networks, mesh networks and vehicular networks. Its main focus is on all issues from link layer up to the application layer. The journal solicits original technical papers that were not previously published and are not currently under review for publication elsewhere. Topics of interest include, but are not limited to: Wireless mesh networks and cognitive networksVehicular Networks and ProtocolsMobile Ad Hoc NetworksSensor NetworksMAC layer design for Ad-Hoc Networks and WSNsMAC Protocols (802.11, 802.15.4, UWB)Multi-channel, Multi-radio and MIMO TechnologiesCross layer Design and OptimizationWireless Local and Personal Area NetworksHome NetworksAd Hoc Networks of Autonomous Intelligent SystemsNovel Architectures for Ad Hoc and Sensor NetworksSelf-organizing Network Architectures and ProtocolsTransport Layer ProtocolsRouting Protocols (unicast, multicast, geocast, etc.)Media Access Control Techniques, Routing and Transport ProtocolsError Control SchemesPower-Aware, Low-Power and Energy-Efficient DesignsSynchronization and Scheduling IssuesMobility ManagementCapacity Planning and Admission Control in Ad-Hoc and Sensor NetworksHandoff / Mobility Management and Seamless InternetworkingResource Management and Wireless QoS ProvisioningKey Management, Trust Establishment in Wireless NetworksSecurity and Privacy issues in Ad Hoc and Sensor NetworksReliability, Resiliency and Fault Tolerance TechniquesSecurity, Privacy issues in Vehicular, DTNs, and Mesh NetworksOperating Systems and Middle-Ware SupportNovel Applications and Architectures for WSNsModeling, Analysis and Performance EvaluationMeasurements and Hardware and Software Platforms, Systems and Test bedMobility-Tolerant Communication ProtocolsLocation Tracking and Location-Based ServicesResource and Information ManagementSecurity , Privacy and Fault-Tolerance IssuesExperimental and Prototype and Test BedsQuality-of-Service IssuesOFDM and MIMD techniquesCross-Layer InteractionsScalability IssuesPerformance Analysis and Simulation of Protocols Paper SubmissionAuthors are invited to submit papers for this journal through E-mail: ijans@aircconline.com .
