Submissions will be peer reviewed by conference committees, and accepted papers will be published in a volume of Lecture Notes on Data Engineering and Communications Technologies as post-proceedings by Springer. The book series is indexed by SCOPUS, INSPEC, EI Compendex, SCImago. And All books published in the series are submitted for consideration in Web of Science.

Some extended papers will be recommended to Journal of Communications for review, and accepted papers will be published as a special issue ,which will be indexed by SCOPUS; EBSCO, etc.
