CEESD 2022 is organized by Asia Pacific Institute of Science and Engineering (APISE), sponsored by International Society for Environmental Information Sciences (ISEIS), United Nations Development Program (UNDP), Water Governance Programme and South-South Cooperation Center for Sustainable Development, China, and will be held in Nanjing, China from Oct. 28 to 30, 2022.
The annual 2022 7th International Conference on Environmental Engineering and Sustainable Development (CEESD 2022) addresses research issues in Environmental Engineering, Sustainable Development, and applications. It is a leading forum for researchers, practitioners, developers, and users to explore cutting-edge ideas and to exchange techniques, tools, and experiences. We invite the submission of original research contributions.

●Publication & Indexing

1) Author can submit full paper to publish paper in the conference proceeding of CEESD 2022, which will be published by Springer. After publishing, the publisher will submit articles to EI Compendex, Scopus and other databases for review and indexing.

*Conference proceeding will be online publishing.

2) Selected papers with great extension will be recommended to publish in 1) Journal of Environmental Informatics Letters, 2) Special Issue "Environmental Engineering and Sustainable Development", Water ( (IF 3.103, ISSN 2073-4441).

#CEESD 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019 & 2020 conference proceeding have been published on IOP Conference Series: Earth and Environmental Science (ISSN: 1755-1315) and have been indexed by EI Compendex, Scopus successfully!

●Speakers
Prof. Solomon W. Leung, Idaho State University, USA
Dr. Leung received his Ph.D. in Civil & Environmental Engineering in 1989 from the University of Iowa. His research interests include physicochemical treatment processes, environmental systems modeling, environmental risk assessment, biotechnology, and nanotechnology.

Prof. Yang Liu, University of Alberta, Canada
Dr. Yang Liu’s research interests are centered in energy and nutrient recovery from municipal and industrial wastewater. She studies the basics of biofilm and granular sludge formation processes, and microbial population dynamics in environmental systems, and their applications in bioreactors for industrial wastewater treatment, and centralized and decentralized municipal wastewater treatment.
