You are invited to submit original either a 200-350 words text-only abstract or a 6 pages two-column full paper (A4 size) by April 11, 2011 via the conference website (Paper Submission). The authors of the accepted abstracts/papers are notified by May 9, 2011 and then the authors are requested to submit their full-paper’s camera-ready manuscripts by May 23, 2011 (Important Dates).

The abstract/paper must include title, author’s name(s), affiliation(s), mailing and e-mail addresses, telephone, and fax numbers. Submitted paper shall follow the conference paper (IEEE Microsoft Word) format (Author’s Kit).

All accepted papers will be published in the conference proceedings and indexed in the IEEE Xplore. Excellent selected papers will be considered to be published in the Journal of Electrical Engineering & Informatics (ISSN 2085-6830)
