ICPEE 2021 Shining Points:
1. For papers submitted to ICPEE 2021, after the peer reviewing process by at least 2-3 experts, all the accepted and presented papers will be published into IEEE Conference Proceedings which will be reviewed and included in IEEE Xplore and indexed by Ei Compendex and Scopus.
2. Two keynote speeches will be presented by Prof. Wei-Jen Lee from The University of Texas at Arlington, USA and Prof. Dr. Guilin Zheng from Wuhan University, China.Two invited speeches will be given by Assoc.Prof. Guipingzhu from Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, China and Assoc. Prof.Zhi Cai from China Electric Power Research Institute, China.
3. ICPEE 2020 was held as virtual conference successfully during November 19-21,2020.
4. ICPEE 2020 accepted papers have been published into IEEE conference proceedings submitted and reviewed by the IEEE Xplore and Ei Compendex and Scopus.
