The International Conference on Telecommunication & Enabling Technologies (CONTEnT 2011) Technically Sponsored by W3C IEEE PES R8 IOAST January 29 - 30, 2011 Jinnah Convention Center, Islamabad, Pakistan www.content2011.ioast.org Goal of the conference ---------------------- CONTEnT 2011 invites high-quality, original and unpublished, research results in the areas of ICT, Telecommunication and bio-informatics. Papers reporting innovative methodologies, original data, and new empirical findings are especially encouraged. Papers that bridge across these areas are of special interest and will be considered for a "Best Interdisciplinary Paper" award, supported by CONTEnT 2011 industrial partners. CONTEnT is a well-known top tier and premier IEEE & IOAST conference in the areas of ICT and industrial applications. it will feature world-class plenary talks, keynote, and distinguished speakers, as well as special sessions, technical presentations, workshops, and exhibition opportunities. The submitted manuscript should closely reflect the final paper as it will appear in the Conference Proceedings. Maximum paper length for the proceedings is six pages. The paper must be written in English. Additional information about paper submission will be available through the conference website (www.content2011.ioast.org). Academy Publishers, Finland will be publishing the special journals (both print and CD media). All the accepted papers will be available in Digital Library resources, which will be indexed in the major academic databases, including DBLP, IEE INSPEC, EI (Compendex), Thomson ISI (ISTP), and other indexing services. An extended version of accepted papers will be published in ISI Indexed Journal of Information Technology [ISSN 0268-3962] and International Journal of Recent Trends in Engineering [ISSN 1797-9617].
