Authors are invited to submit extended digests of previously unpublished and relevant work for the conference topics to be presented at IEMDC 2021. Each digest should be prepared as a PDF, using the digest template, not exceeding a maximum size of 2MB. The digests should be written only in English, use the single column template provided by the IEMDC organizers, and have a maximum of five (5) pages, including figures, tables, and references.

Digests will be reviewed by at least three (3) independent reviewers. Accepted digests will have to be developed into a full paper to be presented at the conference and included in the conference proceedings and in the IEEE Xplore database. Registration and payment of fees by at least one (1) author is required.
