It is to be held in Chengdu, China on September 25-27, 2020 as a workshop of WSSE， which is sponsored by Sichuan Institute of Electronics，Wuhan University, Science and Engineering Institute and co-sponsored by University of Houston-Downtown, National Tsing Hua University, University of North Dakota, etc.

>>>A selected set of accepted top quality full papers will be invited to submit their extended versions for publication in conference proceedings， and inclusion into EI Compendex, Scopus and other academical databases etc.
>>>Accepted papers of ICKIM in2019 were published in ACM with ISBN: ISBN 978-1-4503-7213-8，and successfully indexed by EI Compendex and Scopus within three month.
