IMPORTANT INFORMATION
COVID_19 UPDATES NEW SUBMISSION DATE IS: May 29, 2020 (online/video presentation possible!)
DUE TO THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC, THE NEW DEADLINE FOR PAPER SUBMISSION IS NOW MAY 29, 2020. OUR CONFERENCE WITH THE OPTIONS OF ONLINE/VIDEO PRESENTATIONS WILL TAKE PLACED ON THE ORIGINAL DATE AS PLANNED, AUGUST 24-26, 2020. WE BELIEVE THAT IT IS IMPORTANT TO KEEP STRONG SPIRIT AND CONTINUE WITH OUR EVERYDAY PROFESSIONAL ACTIVITIES AS WELL. THIS WILL GIVE MORE TIME TO RESEARCHERS PLANNING TO CONTRIBUTE TO INISTA 2020 TO DEAL WITH THE DIFFICULT SITUATION CAUSED BY THE PANDEMIC. WE STRONGLY BELIEVE THAT SITUATION WITH COVID-19 VIRUS WILL BE NORMALIZED AND THAT WE WILL MEET AT THE END OF AUGUST.

Objectives and topics
Since ITU-T announced Internet-of-Things (IoT) in 2005, we are witness enormous flooding of things into our everyday lives end entering the fourth industrial revolution where smart autonomous devices are wirelessly connected to a cloud and kept on a coordinated mission to reach an objective. For example, a just-in-time production comprising flexibly configured smart workstations is supplied with system components from 1st- and 2nd tier suppliers to construct trucks. Gartner predicts that connected things will reach 20.8 billion by 2020. Recently, a novel software-engineering paradigm has evolved: Internet-of-Everything (IoE) that comprises all existing and future living- and non-living things over the Internet that should be able to connect at any time, cooperate, and learn from each other. The questions that arise are: How do these new opportunities affect Business Process Management (BPM)? What are the gaps in the existing state of the art in research and industry? How to manage security and trust for IoE configurations? The scope of the BPMoIE includes, but is not limited to the following topics:
• Theoretical frameworks for BPM in the era of IoE
• Enterprise architecture in the IoE era
• Business Intelligence over IoE
• BP interoperability over IoE
• Data, objects, and process mining over IoE
• Machine- and deep learning for BPM
• Social Machines for BPM
• Software engineering in the IoT and IoE era
• Agents in favor of chained BPs over IoE
• Security issues in the IoE era
• Intelligent orchestration and choreography of IoE objects
• Intelligent adaptation of business processes in IoE
• Use cases as smart cities, industry 4.0, crisis management

Submission
All contributions should be original and not published elsewhere or intended to be published during the review period. Authors are invited to submit their papers electronically in pdf format, through emails of special session organizers (dr.ejub.kajan@gmail.com , alex.norta@gmail.com, and dragan.stojanovic@elfak.ni.ac.rs .

Paper format: Papers must be prepared using IEEE templates for conference proceedings.

Page limit: The maximum page limit is 7 for FULL papers and 5 for SHORT papers inclusive of figures and tables. INISTA will offer the option to buy limited number of extra pages for submission.

Language: The official language for the conference is English. Less than satisfactory English usage may form the sole basis for rejection of a paper and omission of any such final paper version from the conference proceedings. Authors whose native language is not English are encouraged to check their papers for proper English spelling and grammar using tools such as English grammar checkers available with most word processing application software. Alternatively, proofreading support from a native English-speaking colleague or technical editor may suffice. Some authors may be interested in the paid service available at the following link: http://www.prof-editing.com/ieee/ for the final version of the paper.

Publishing opportunities: A selection of the best papers accepted and presented at BPMoIE2020 will be invited for extension and possible inclusion (subject to an additional review process) into a Special Issue of internationally recognized journals. The list of journal can be viewed on INISTA 2020 http://inista.org/special_issues.php.
