SCOPE:

As cyber-attacks against critical infrastructure increase and evolve, automated systems to complement human analysis are needed. Moreover, chasing the breaches is like looking for a needle in a haystack. Such organizations are so large, with so much information and data to sort through to obtain actionable information that it seems impossible to know where to start. The analysis of the intelligence of an attack is traditionally an iterative, mainly manual process, which involves an unlimited amount of data to try to determine the sophisticated patterns and behaviours of intruders. This book aims to bring together researchers in the field of cybersecurity and key data to advance the missions of anticipating, prohibiting, preventing, preparing and responding to internal security. The wide variety of topics it presents offers readers multiple perspectives on a variety of disciplines related to machine intelligence and Big data analytics for cybersecurity and privacy.

Topics of Interest:

This book targets a mixed audience of researchers, academics and investigators from different communities to share and exchange new ideas, approaches, theories and practice to resolve the challenging issues associated with the leveraging of Machine Intelligence and Big Data Analytics For Cybersecurity and Privacy paradigm. Therefore, the suggested topics of interest for this book include, but are not limited to:

- Submission Procedure:

Authors are invited to submit their full chapter by March 30, 2020. Manuscripts submitted for the book must be original, must not be previously published or currently under review anywhere. Submitted manuscripts should respect the standard guidelines of the Springer book chapter format. Manuscripts must be prepared using Latex, or Word, and according to the Springer requirements that can be downloaded from the (link) and the Chapter should contain in between 20-30 pages. Manuscripts that do not follow the formatting rules will be rejected without review. NB: There are no submission or acceptance fees for manuscripts submitted to this book publication. All manuscripts are accepted based on a double-blind peer review editorial process.

The accepted chapters will be published in "Studies in Computational Intelligence" by Springer, h-index = 40, highly indexed in Scopus, Thomson Reuters, EI, DBPL, etc…
