Papers that do not meet academic integrity or not formatted according to IEEE template format, will be desk-rejected.

All the papers, presented by author/s at the conference, will be submitted to IEEE Xplore Digital Library.

«No-show» papers will be not submitted for inclusion in IEEE Xplore Digital Library, as well as any other indexing database.
