exp.at’19 – THE 5th EXPERIMENT@INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
exp.at’19 is the 5th event of the conference series exp.at’xx. The conference will be held at the University of Madeira (Funchal, Madeira Island, Portugal) on June 12-14, 2019, and it is a joint organization of the University of Porto and the University of Coimbra with the collaboration of the University of Madeira. The conference will feature the technical support of IEEE (IEEE Industrial Electronics Society and IEEE Education Society) and the Portuguese Engineers Association.

exp.at’19 will run for five days, from June 11 to 15 (three days Conference plus pre- and post-conference days), providing a forum of discussion and collaboration between academics, researchers and industry and medicine professionals, trying to bridge the gap between academic applications and the real world needs and experiences. It offers to the participants an opportunity to present their recent work and to take part in technical sessions, workshops, exhibition sessions (Demos’19), discussion tables and thematic visits in the beautiful region of Madeira.

exp.at’19 will include the following tracks:
- exp. at’19 Main Track
- Demos’19 “Exhibition Session”
- AQM’19 “Air Quality Monitoring”
- EAC’19 “Experiments for Automotive Control”
- IS3’19 “Immersive Systems and Sensorial Stimulation”
- MLAiE’19 “Machine learning applications in engineering – trends and best practice”
- OEC’19 “Online Experimentation in Control”
- OEEE’19 “Online Experimentation in Science and Engineering Education”
- OM’19 “Ocean Monitoring”
- ORBE’19 “Online Resources in Biomedical Engineering”
- RADP’19 “Remote and digital pneumatics: Learn and control from distance”
- STIMHA’19 “Smart Technologies and Interactive Media for Health Applications”.
