Smart Data and advanced data analytics enable new possibilities and opportunities in the context of engineering, production and automation system along the whole life-cycle of products and systems: Design & development, manufacturing, operation, maintenance and end-of-life. The specific requirements of the domains like real-time operation and dependability pose special requirements towards smart data and data analytics.
This special session is dedicated to the application of Smart Data concepts in technologies to real-world automation and engineering problems.
