** About ISOCC
International SoC Design Conference (ISOCC) aims is to provide the world's premier SoC design forum for leading researchers from academia and industries. Prospective authors are invited to submit papers of their original works emphasizing their own contributions. ISOCC 2017 is technically co-sponsored by IEEE CAS Society. All accepted papers will be published in the conference proceedings and will be submitted for inclusion in IEEE Xplore. We also welcome proposals for tutorials and special sessions. ** Conference Theme ISOCC 2017 is held with a theme of "SoC for Intelligent ICT". Recent IoT trend heavily depends on small things with various sensing capabilities, a certain level of intelligence, seamless wireless connectivity, ultra-low power consumption and sometimes batteryless operation. Such small intelligent things cannot be realized without a semiconductor system on a chip or SoC. Intelligent SoC senses and aggregates wanted information from outside, processes them to a desired way, and create values for humans. It can be applied to human wellness, robot industry, bio/medical health, and automotive, automated factory, and so much more. In this conference, we try to open a forum to discuss on key issues and hurdles to realize the intelligent SoCs and see what the future SoC will look like. We welcome all the researchers and colleagues from industries, academia, and research institutes to ISOCC 2017 to make this conference a valuable, enthusiastic, insightful, and enjoyable academic event in Korea. ** Location (Venue): Grand Hilton Seoul Address: 353 Grand Hilton Seoul, Yeonheo-ro, Seodaemun-gu, Seoul, Korea 03650 Website: http://www.grandhiltonseoul.com , Tel: +82-2-3215-5656 ** Important Dates • Submission of special session and tutorial proposals: June 16, 2017 • Notification of acceptance of special session proposals: July 3, 2017 • Submission of regular session full papers: July 7, 2017 --) July 14, 2017 --) July 21, 2017 • Submission of chip design contest papers: August 11, 2017 • Submission of special session full papers: August 11, 2017 • Notification of acceptance (for all submitted papers): September 4, 2017 • Submission of final papers (for all accepted papers): September 13, 2017 • Author and early-bird registration: September 13, 2017 ** Paper Submission A complete 2-page manuscript must be submitted electronically in PDF format (in Standard IEEE double-column format posted on the conference website).
