IDSC 2017 – CALL FOR PAPER

Advances in technology and changes in the business and social environment have led to an increasing flood of data, fueling both the need and the desire to generate value from these assets. The emerging field of Data Science is poised to deliver theoretical and practical solutions to the pressing issues of data-driven applications.
The 1st International Data Science Conference seeks to establish a key Data Science event, providing a forum for an international exchange on Data Science technologies and applications. This is a venue where participants can engage actively with a broad community of researchers and industry practitioners.
The conference is unique in bringing these two groups together. In addition to the CFP, there will be a call for contriutions to address the topics of
the industrial trail in the near future.
The IDSC 2017 is the meeting place for researchers, business managers, and data scientists to discover novel approaches and to share solutions to the
challenges of a data-driven world.

PAPER SUBMISSION

The iDSC-2017 conference proceedings will be published by O’Reilly. Papers must be clearly presented in English language and must not exceed 6 pages, extended poster abstract must not exceed 2 pages, including tables, figures, references, and appendices. Papers which are simultaneously submitted to this conference and other events or publication venues as well as papers that do not utilize the correct formatting template, will be automatically rejected. Papers will be selected based on their originality, timeliness, significance, relevance, and clarity of presentation. Submission of a paper should be regarded as a commitment that, should the paper be accepted, at least one of the authors has to register and attend the conference to present the work. Accepted and presented papers will be included in the IDSC Proceedings. Reviews are double-blind.
