The international workshop on Internet of things and smart systems For Energy and Agriculture Venue: ENSA, Tetuan, Morocco 29-30 March 2017 http://bdca17.uae.ma/index.php/iotss/ We have the real pleasure to invite you to submit your original and unpublished papers to the International workshop on Internet of things and smart systems (IoTSS’17). Important dates: - Paper submission: January 15th, 2017 - Acceptance notification: February 19th, 2017 - Camera ready copy due: March 5th, 2017 Topics: This workshop aims at providing a forum for academic researchers and industry to present early research outcomes that present an added value to the state of the art of IoT; with a particular focus on IoT for agriculture and energy. Submissions are welcome in all the areas of Internet of things and Smart Systems. We invite papers which explore topics of interest including: Smart systems and Communication, IoT network infrastructure, applications and services, IoT networking and communication Architectures and protocols for IoT, Real-world deployments for IoT and Smart systems, Routing and data transfer in IoT, Security for Smart systems & IoT, Wireless Sensor Networks, Sensing and Smart Environments, New architectures for WSN, Low-power wireless technologies, Multicast communication, Power consumption optimization in WSN, Prototypes for new applications for WSN, Platforms and developments tools for WSNs, Programming models for sensor, Languages and operating systems of Sensor, Multi-purpose WSNs WSNs trends on data gathering, processing and communication, Distributed smart cameras/smart camera networks, Energy consumption of computing infrastructure through low-power chip architectures, programming formulti-core, virtualisation, and power analysis of mobile devices, Efficiency and utility of moving information by increasing bandwidth, Lowering latency and designing low energy network protocols, Drones providing aerial surveys of crops, Densors giving minute-by-minute updates on the health of animals…. Publication: All accepted and registered papers for BDCA’17 will be published by ACM International Conference Proceedings Series (ICPS) and will be available in ACM Digital Library. The ISBN number assigned By ACM ICPS to BDCA’17 conference is 978-1-4503-4852-2. ACM send all published materials to Thomson Reuters, Scopus and DBLP for indexing in their products.
