Croatian International Relations Review (CIRR) Vol. XXIII, No. 82 – Special Issue on Current Issues in Energy Law The Croatian International Relations Review now receives articles for the Special Issue on Current Issues in Energy Law. Topics of interest include, but are not limited to: oil and gas regulation and security, offshore utilization and regulation, gas market, renewable energy sources, renewable energy incentives, “Winter” Package of proposed EU legislation, energy security, Energy Union and energy investment protection. CIRR, published by the Institute for Development and International Relations since 1995, is a peer reviewed journal in the social sciences. It welcomes submissions from political science and international relations, sociology, economics, law and related fields. The journal is indexed by Scopus - Elsevier and over 30 other services, and is published in partnership with De Gruyter Open, the world’s second largest publisher of Open Access academic content. Articles that develop theoretical arguments or offer strong empirical evidence as either comparative or single-case studies are welcome. All selected articles are subject to double-blind refereeing by at least two international reviewers. Articles should be sent to cirr@irmo.hr. Please consult the Instructions for authors before submitting an article or book review. The deadline for article submissions is 1 December 2017.
