Sponsored by IEEE Vietnam Chapter and Hanoi University of Technology (HUT), the International Conference on Communications and Electronics 2010 (ICCE 2010) is devoted to the research, development, and application of communications and electronics technologies, and aims at continuing and accelerating the momentum of researching in electronics and telecommunication areas. The conference will bring together researchers from all over the world to discuss their studies and to share their experiences. The ICCE 2010 is organized by Hanoi University of Technology, and will be held in Nha Trang City in September 2010 . It is technically co-sponsored by IEEE, IEICE, IEEK and the Radio-Electronics Association of Vietnam. The accepted papers will be published in IEEExlorer. Like the previous ICCE conferences, we are doing procedure so that ICCE 2010 will appear in Thomson Reuters' ISI.
