We have the honor to invite you to the International Conference axis "sustainable socio-economic development of the Euro-regions and border areas" , 12nd edition, organized by Romanian Academy Iasi Branch - ICES , Gh Zane "together: Council County, Siret-Prut-Nistru Euroregion State University "A. Russo" Balti and AGER

Evaluate the current state of socio-economic development for Siret-Prut-Nistru Euroregion. This approach will also present the Euroregion natural and human resources, entrepreneurial capabilities, and historical, geographical, cultural, religious, scientific, artistic and sport realities.

The approach focuses on the following areas of knowledge: economics, sociology, law, agriculture, forestry, environment, geodesy, health, education, culture, tourism, art, namely structuring, substantiation, testing and application of new mathematical models and development strategies Siret-Prut-Dniester.

ARGUMENT
In the context of the world crisis and taking into account the necessity of implementing the EU policies for crossborder cooperation and cooperation between Euroregions, a complex analysis of all the processes contributing to sustainable development is needed.The evolution of the society in the area called Siret-Prut-Nistru Euroregion has always relied on two fundamental dimensions, the natural environment and the culture. The development process in this region was made possible through turning to good account its natural resources, underpinned by cultural and moral values, which shaped the identity of the Euroregion’s inhabitants.

The topics of the Conference address top fields of economic and social research. They are of special importance as far as development strategies for Eurogions are concerned. The results will be disseminated to the administrative units of Siret-Prut-Nistru Euroregion.

OBJECTIVES
Evaluate the current state of socio-economic development for Siret-Prut-Nistru Euroregion. This approach will also present the Euroregion natural and human resources, entrepreneurial capabilities, and historical, geographical, cultural, religious, scientific, artistic and sport realities.
Stimulate the dissemination of all information available and of the results of scientific researches. Present the Romanian contribution to the sustainable development of Siret-Prut-Nistru Euroregion.
Identify new fields of research and new opportunities for colaboration and cooperation in Siret-Prut-Nistru Euroregion.
New proposals for cooperation between researchers from Romania and Republic of Moldova, between the administrative and territorial units of Siret-Prut-Nistru Euroregion, and between businesspeople.
Encourage university teaching staff, researchers, master students, and PhD students to contribute to the identification of short-, medium- and long-term solutions.
Present the achievements of other Euroregions that are notorious for their positive results. This approach addresses some fields of knowledge: economics, sociology, agriculture, environment, health, education, culture, tourism, etc.
Structure, funding, testing and application of new mathematical models and development strategies of the Euroregion Siret-Prut-Nistru with risk and uncertainty
The approach focuses on the following areas of knowledge: economics, sociology, law, agriculture, forestry, environment, geodesy, health, education, culture, tourism, art, namely structuring, substantiation, testing and application of new mathematical models and development strategies Siret-Prut-Dniester.

RELEVANCE
The conference provides an organized framework of national expression by analyzing the themes of Euro-regions, especially the Siret-Prut-Dniester. The importance of this scientific sessions this space is given by the large number of participants from previous editions, the conference theme is interested not only researchers and academics, but also representatives of public authorities and the private sphere, both in Romania and in Moldova, Ukraine, etc. So far, during the last ten editions, the conference was attended by approx. 1,100 people who have signed up to 1000 studies, of which 640 were published in 22 volumes amounting to 6000 pages of text.
