The Editor in Chief would like to invite submissions for the next edition of the Cyprus International Journal of Management (CIJM). The primary aim of the Journal has been and remains the provision of a forum for the dissemination of a variety of international issues, empirical research and other matters of interest to scholars, researchers and practitioners in a diversity of subject areas linked to the broad theme of Business and Management.
CIJM is an international journal committed to encouraging and publishing quantitative and qualitative work from researchers and practitioners throughout the world. The journal seeks to provide a forum for researchers through which they can share their work with others and discuss issues of particular pertinence and interest. Short research notes are invited investigating recent developments or innovations with which the author has been associated. Such developments would include organisational innovations, new management techniques, brief research results, the results of replications of research studies and new approaches to management education and development. The CIJM accepts also book and literature reviews. Subject areas include, but not restricted to: • Quantitative and qualitative research methodology and practice • Strategic, public sector and human resource management • Entrepreneurship and Small & Medium Sized Enterprises (SME’s) • Marketing and e-business • Economics, finance and financial management • Organizational theory and behavior • Supply chain management • Information systems, technology, innovation and operations management • Educational management and leadership • Pedagogy, training, learning and knowledge management Submissions should be emailed to the Associate Editor, Dr. Constantinos Charalambous, c.charalambous@faculty.pacollege.ac.cy, with the manuscript attached to the email as a MS WORD file. Papers may normally be from two to twenty pages in length and contain a structured abstract up to 200 words and up to six keywords that encapsulate the principal subjects covered by the paper. All papers will first be considered by the Editors for general relevance, originality and significance. If accepted for review, papers will then be subject to double blind peer review.
