Journal of Petroleum Engineering & Technology ( JoPET ) is an international electronic Journal focused towards the rapid publication of fundamental research papers on all areas of Petroleum Engineering & Petroleum Technology. The focus and the scope of journal includes: production of hydrocarbons, either crude oil or natural gas, the upstream sector of the oil and gas industry , ways and processes for maximizing economic recovery of hydrocarbons from subsurface reservoirs, estimation of the recoverable volume using a detailed understanding of the physical behavior of oil, water and gas within porous rock at very high pressure. All contributions to the journal are rigorously refereed and are selected on the basis of quality and originality of the work. The journal publishes the most significant new research and review work in all areas pertaining to its scope and research being done in the world , thus ensuring its scientific priority and significance.
