After the success of the first PR4MCA 2015, we are pleased to announce the second International Workshop on Pattern Recognition for Multimedia Content Analysis (PR4MCA 2016) to be organized jointly with the 8th International Conference on Knowledge and System Engineering (KSE 2016). The workshop serves as an international forum to bring together researchers for sharing their latest research findings and/or experimental results, consolidating potential collaborations, and to advance ongoing research dedicated to multimedia analysis, pattern recognition and related areas. We welcome papers that cover, but are not limited to, one or several of the following topics:
