ANDESCON is the bi-annual Conference of the Andean Council of the IEEE that joins members through out the world and Latin America with major emphasis in the Andean countries of: Venezuela, Ecuador, Peru, Bolivia and Colombia.

The main objective is to share technical advances and recent developments in areas related to

PAPER SUBMISSION

Papers must be submitted in electronic format, in English and IEEE format through the conference web site.
Note that up to six pages are allowed for each paper.
The accepted and presented papers will be published on IEEE Xplore.
