Authors who need more time are kindly requested to contact the Editor. The Editor reserves the right to reject a paper if it does not meet the aims and scope of the journal, it is not technically sound, it is not revised satisfactorily, or if it is inadequate in presentation. Revised and Final Version Submission Submission of a revised manuscript should follow the same guidelines as for manuscript submissions, plus that the submission must include a short summary about the modifications the author(s) has made and author(s)'s response to reviewer(s)'s comments. Upon formal acceptance of a manuscript for publication, instructions for providing the final materials required for publication will be sent to the Corresponding Author. Final version of a paper accepted for publication should be prepared in LaTeX or Microsoft Word, and is required to use the IEEE Transactions style files, which are available at http://www.ieee.org/portal/pages/pubs/transactions/stylesheets.html. Copyright An author's submission implies that the manuscript has not been published previously, and is not currently submitted for publication elsewhere. Submission also implies that the corresponding author has consent of all authors. Upon acceptance for publication transfer of copyright will be made to the Publisher of REV-JEC, and article submission implies author agreement with this policy. |
