The volume will be available both in print and in ebook format by early 2017 with Springer(USA). The goal of this volume is to summarize the state-of-the-art in computational biology and bioinformatics methods for genomics. Topics of interest include (but not limited to): - Genome Analysis - Sequence Analysis - Pattern Recognition - Next-Generation Sequencing and Metagenomics - SNPs and GWAS - Protein/RNA Structure, Function and Interactions - Genome Annotation and Analysis - Structural Bioinformatics - Gene Expression - Systems Biology - Network Analysis - Machine Learning - Biological Data Mining - Big Data Analytics - Visualization Each contributed chapter is expected to present a novel research study, a comparative study, or a survey of the literature. Note that there will be no publication fees for accepted chapters.
