GMP 2016
Geometric Modeling and Processing April 11-13, 2016 San Antonio, Texas, USA OFFICIAL WEBSITE http://graphics.utdallas.edu/gmp2016/ WELCOME To GMP 2016 We welcome you to participate in GMP 2016, which will be held in San Antonio, USA, April 11-13, 2016. Geometric Modeling and Processing (GMP) now is an annual international conference series on geometric modeling, simulation and computing. The modeling and processing of geometric data is fundamental to many computer applications, including computer graphics, computer vision, CAD/CAM, medical imaging, engineering analysis, robotics and scientific computation. GMP conferences provide researchers and practitioners with a forum for exchanging new ideas, discussing new applications, and presenting new solutions. GMP 2016 is the 10th GMP conference. The previous GMP conferences were held in Lugano (2015), Singapore (2014), Huangshan (2012), Castro Urdialesn (2010), Huangzhou (2008), Pittsburgh (2006), Beijing (2004), Tokyo (2002) and Hong Kong (2000). TOPICS GMP 2016 invites the submission of full-length papers on topics including, but not limited to the following: - Mathematical foundations of computer-aided geometric design - Computational geometry algorithms and analyses - Multi-resolution and heterogeneous modeling - Geometric feature modeling and recognition - Representation of curves and surfaces - Discrete differential geometry - Isogeometric analysis - Shape optimization - Material Modeling - 3D printing PAPER SUBMISSION English is the official language of the conference. Manuscripts must be written in English. The submitted papers should present previously unpublished, original results that are not simultaneously submitted elsewhere. For format details and templates, please visit the conference website.
