The IPRED scientific committee invites professionals interested in the various aspects of ‎‎preparedness and response to emergencies and disasters to submit abstracts of papers for ‎‎presentation at the conference. Proposals for oral or poster presentations are welcome.‎

Special attention will be paid to emerging or re-emerging threats, such as the Middle East ‎‎Respiratory Syndrome (MERS) or the Ebola outbreak, as well as threats posed by natural or ‎‎man-made disasters that present a major challenge to human health and global stability.‎
