Option 2:
All accepted papers of ICACER 2016 will be published in International Journal of Smart Grid and Clean Energy (SGCE) (ISSN: 2373-3594), which is indexed by EI (INSPEC, IET), DOAJ, Ulrich's Periodicals Directory, Google Scholar, Crossref, etc.
Option 3:
All paper registered to ICACER 2016 will be published in the International Proceedings of Chemical, Biological and Environmental Engineering (IPCBEE) (ISSN: 2010-4618), and recommend to published by the International Journal of Smart Grid and Clean Energy (SGCE) (ISSN: 2373-3594) after the paper content expanded.
