The 2015 Asian Conference on Second Language Acquisition and Teacher Education (SLATE) is a three-day, international, peer-reviewed conference that invites scholarly interactions among academics, researchers, educators, and students. With the theme Language in the 21st Century, the conference is a wonderful opportunity to share research, insights and techniques, and form professional networks in this burgeoning field of linguistics and education.
SLATE will precede the 70th Hiroshima Peace Memorial and Remembrance Ceremony. Registration includes meals and a free trip to Miyajima to see the "floating" torii gate -one of the three views of Japan and a UNESCO world heritage site. Abstracts must be submitted through our online system.
