Call For Papers | |||||||||||||||
The international conference on Intelligent Human Computer Interaction (IHCI) is a forum for the presentation of technological advances and research results at the crossroads of human-computer interaction, artificial intelligence, signal processing and computer vision. It brings together engineers and scientists from various application fields and from around the world. The previous editions have had their proceedings published by major scientific editors.
The 7th edition in the series, IHCI 2015, will be held at Indian Institute of Information Technology-Allahabad, on 14-16 December, 2015. Theoretical, practical and application-oriented contributions are invited from prospective authors on the indicated conference topics. Every submission must identify the theme which best relates to the contents of the paper. All contributions should be of high quality, original and not published elsewhere or submitted for publication during the review period. Regular papers (6 to 8 pages) and poster papers (3 to 4 pages) will be blind reviewed by at least 3 members of the Program Committee. Theme of IHCI 2015 Topics of interest include (but are not limited to): Signal and Vision based interaction Speech and text processing Spoken dialogue system Interactive generation of textual and visual works Vision-based face and motion capture Brain-computer interfaces Body sensors and communication Data mining, information retrieval Multimodal interface Intelligent Methods and Interfaces Natural language processing Gesture models and recognition Cognitive models of intelligence Affective and emotional models Big Data analytics for HCI Modeling Human Cognitive Processes Modelling perceptual processes Modelling of learning and thinking Modelling of memory Brain computer integration Collaborative learning Collaborative systems Computer supported assistive technology Deep interaction Bio-inspired Computation Self-organization Evolutionary Systems Cellular Automata Boolean Networks L-Systems Collective and Swarm Behavior Artificial Immune Systems Complex Networks. Applications Natural User Interfaces Human-robot interaction Virtual and augmented reality Remote and face-to-face collaboration Embodied conversational agents Mobile interfaces Technology for differently able person Health Games How to Submit Two categories of papers can be submitted: Regular papers (6 to 8 pages including appendices), describing fully developed work. Authors of papers reporting experimental work are strongly encouraged to make their experimental results available online. Poster papers (3 to 4 pages) should describe novel ideas that have not been fully evaluated, or operational tools and their evaluation. Papers must be written in English and describe original work that has not been published and is not under review elsewhere. In order to enforce blind reviewing, papers must be made anonymous by removing the authors names and institution from the header (Note: changing the text color of the author information is not sufficient). Also, please make sure that identifying information does not appear in the document’s meta-data (e.g., the ‘Authors’ field in your word processor’s ‘Save As’ dialog box). Further suppression of identity in the body of the paper is left to the authors’ discretion. Self citations may be left unanonymized, so that reviewers can ensure that all previous research has been taken into account. However, they should be referred using the third person, e.g. replacing “As described in our previous work [10],…” with “As described by (Author Name) [10],…”. PDF/MS Word file of papers must be submitted to the IHCI-2015@IIITA by July 15, 2015 July 31, 2015. |
