Since CSCWD2012, a joint workshop named “Internet of Things and Logistics” is held during the CSCWD conference.
The purposes of the workshop are to meet IoT and Logistics experts, and give a platform to discuss the new ideas and the recent development and applications of IoT and Logistics to promote our capability on healthcare, mobility, and social services. Authors of research papers are warmly invited to attend the workshop and to submit their original manuscripts. Topics of interest include, but are not limited to, the following: 1. Key technologies of the Internet of Things and Logistics 2. Human-centered technologies of the Internet of Things 3. Modelling of Complex systems in the Internet of Things and Logistics 4. Swarm Intelligence and Cooperation based on the Internet of Things 5. Cooperation technologies and systems of Internet of Things and logistics 6. Applications of the Internet of Things and Logistics, especially in Smart cities and 7. Smart Community 8. Logistics Networks 9. Logistics Information technologies 10. Modern Logistics Management with the support of the internet of Things and Big Data 11. Cloud services in the Internet of Things and Logistics Authors are encouraged to submit an abstract to the workshop before Nov. 5, 2014. Each paper, written in English, is limited to 6 pages (IEEE proceedings format), including references and illustrations. Electronic submissions in PDF format are strongly recommended. Accepted papers will be published in the IEEE CSCWD conference proceedings and will be submitted for indexing to EI (Compendex), DBLP (http://dblp.uni-trier.de/db/conf/cscwd/index.html) and other indexing services.
