Amphitheater Foundation organizes the sixth edition of the International Forum for Health Tourism in Bucharest, 19 – 21 June 2015. The event is developed under the auspices of the National Commission for the Accreditation of Hospitals and Medical Cluster „Health Romania”.

International Forum for Health Tourism sets its main objective in promoting the Romanian potential for health tourism (including medical tourism), in terms of the latest trends and in accordance with current national and European market.

The sixth edition of the International Forum for Health Tourism will focus on the theme of quality in medical tourism, addressing topics related to the issue of standardization and certification in national and international health system management and patient safety in medical tourism and medical services marketing.

The event will be attended by representatives of public authorities in Romania, national and international certification bodies in medical and health tourism, Romanian and foreign specialists, leading exponents of health and tourism, insurers, etc .

The sixth edition of the International Forum for Health Tourism will create a platform for communication among all those involved in the evolution of this sector in order to identify the best solutions and ways of development of health tourism in Romania and not only.

Papers presented within International Forum for Health Tourism will be published in a special edition of the International Journal for Responsible Tourism - Perspectives on Health Tourism, scientific magazine indexed in 8 international databases.
