_____________________________________________________ AERFAI/INIT Summer School on Machine Learning Benicássim, June 22-26, 2015 URL: www.init.uji.es/school2015 E-mail: info-init@uji.es DESCRIPTION The INIT/AERFAI Summer School on Machine Learning is organized by the Institute of New Imaging Technologies (INIT) of the University Jaume I of Castellón, and co-sponsored by the Spanish Association of Pattern Recognition and Image Analysis (AERFAI). The focus of this Summer School is to study fundamental and advanced methods aimed at discovering new challenges and trends of Machine Learning, Data Analysis and Data Mining, from theory to practice. This event is open to graduate students, researchers and professionals who are interested in learning or refreshing their knowledge about this exciting field. The Summer School is organized as a five-days intensive course to be held June 22-26, 2015 in Benicàssim (Spain). Leading experts in their respective areas shall give each tutorial, which may be accompanied with a practice session and/or demos in order for participants to gain a better understanding of the theory. There will also be a non-formal poster session in which the participants can present their current works and interact with their scientific peers. The best poster will be awarded with a prize. VENUE AERFAI/INIT School 2015 will be held at Hotel Intur Bonaire and Hotel Intur Orange in Benicássim. The hotels are located 200 meters from one of the best fine sandy beaches in Benicássim at the Mediterranean coast. It is 10 minutes from the city of Castellón and the train station, while the Valencia airport is 45 minutes by car. ACCOMMODATION Participants will have a special group rate at Hotel Intur Bonaire and Hotel Intur Orange as well as other hotels very close to the AERFAI/INIT School 2015 venue.
