The recent advances in Information Technology (IT) are driving innovations and organizational changes in different sectors of our international society. Emerging IT techniques are reshaping business activities towards the services sector that is increasingly delivered over the Internet. IT-enabled services have a great potential to create interesting opportunities for research and development in organizations and industries to the benefit of the end-user.

ICITeS is an international forum aiming to bridge the gap between academics and practitioners in IT and promote exchange of experiences and ideas on recent trends and applications in IT, e-Services and related areas. It is also a place where researchers, students and industrials present the state-of-the-art advancements in their fields.

ICITeS looks for original unpublished work describing research and experiences in all aspects of Information Technology and e-Services. Papers will be peer reviewed, and acceptance will be based on quality, relevance and originality.
