Submissions to this conference must represent original material that has been neither submitted to nor published in any other proceedings or journals. All papers selected for this conference are double-blind peer-reviewed. Acceptance will be based on quality, relevance and originality. ES 2015 conference proceedings will be included in IEEE Xplore.

Full papers must not exceed 10 pages, using IEEE two-column template. All papers should be in Adobe portable document format (PDF) format.
