To submit a paper please refer to the Submission site via the link available at the IS-2015 web site (conf-is.ru). Papers should be in Springer’s LNCS formats. Submitted papers will be subject to peer review and evaluated based on originality, significance, technical soundness, and clarity of exposition. Accepted papers will be published prior to the Conference. Accepted papers will appear in the Conference proceedings and will be published at: the Conference site (conf-is.ru), at the library site (venec.ulstu.ru) and at the social networking site for scientists and researchers (researchgate.net). REGISTRATION FEE The conference fee equals to the publication cost which is 10 Euro per page (for students) or 20 Euro per page (for other participants). Participants should pay for publications in advance regardless of the form of participation (in accordance with registration rules). Attention! The fee does not include accommodation and meals.
