The accepted papers have to be presented orally at the conference and will be published by IEEE Computer Society Press (indexed by EI) and included in IEEE Digital Library. Selected best papers will be recommended to the special issues of well-regarded SCI journals. We will also select top accepted papers and recommend them to selected journals for a direct publishing.

Scope and Topics of Interest
The 2nd IEEE International Conference of Smart Cloud (IEEE SSC 2016). The emergency of smart cloud computing has enabled a great improvement in multiple industries. The concept of smart has been paid a high attention by both researchers and practitioners from different perspectives. The approach of achieving smart is being sought to reaching diverse aims, such as high performance computing, energy-aware solutions, green computing, and artificial intelligence. As a crucial technical trend, smart cloud is considered a critical dimension of cloud computing implementations and growths. Gathering contemporary research achievements in the field is remarkably significant for the research. The SSC 2016 is a research conference cooperated with the CSCloud 2016. Submission Information:
Submitted manuscripts should be written in English conforming to the IEEE conference proceedings format (8.5" x 11", Two-Column, template available at (http://www.computer.org/portal/web/cscps/formatting). Full Papers (up to 6 pages complimentary, or 12 pages with the over length charge), Short Papers (up to 4 pages complimentary, or 6 pages with the over length charge), and Posters (up to 1 page complimentary, or 2 pages with the over length charge) are solicited.
