Participation Models

Organizations can participate in one of the three following ways:

1/ 5-Minute Pitch Presentation
Limited to 8 companies;
Each company will have 5 minutes to introduce their mission, present relevant NLP/speech initiatives, or highlight career opportunities or internships;
Pitches will take place after the keynote session.

2/ Exhibition Stand
A dedicated space will be provided for your team to interact with attendees throughout the day;
Ideal for demonstrating your products, sharing materials, or conducting informal recruitment conversations.

3/ Combined Package: Pitch + Stand
Includes both a 5-minute pitch slot and an exhibition stand;
Offers maximum visibility and engagement throughout the event.

Networking Reception

The session will conclude with an evening networking reception, offering an informal setting to connect with the ICNLSP community and explore potential collaborations.
