The 10th IEEE International Conference on Advanced Learning Technologies ICALT2010 Sousse, Tunisia July 5-7, 2010 http://www.ask4research.info/icalt/2010/ Deadline: January 15th, 2010 ICALT is an annual international conference on Advanced Learning Technologies and Technology-enhanced Learning organized by IEEE Computer Society and IEEE Technical Committee on Learning Technology. After its kick-off as IWALT in Palmerston North, New Zealand (2000), ICALT has been held in New Zealand (2000), Madisson, USA (2001), Kazan, Russia (2002), Athens, Greece (2003), Joensuu, Finland (2004), Kaohsiung, Taiwan (2005), Kerkrade, The Netherlands (2006), Niigata, Japan (2007), Santander, Spain (2008), Riga, Latvia (2009). The 10th IEEE International Conference on Advanced Learning Technologies (ICALT2010) will be held in Sousse, Tunisia, a city with rich culture and a long-standing tradition in computer-based learning. The technical program will feature keynote addresses, workshops, tutorials, in addition to presentations of refereed papers. All papers will be blindly peer-reviewed by three reviewers. Abstracts or incomplete papers are not included to the review process. In cases where the same person plans to present 2 or more papers (Full, Short, Poster or Workshop) in the conference, it is still required that for each paper a single different registration is made (Registration 1:1 Policy). For Doctoral consortium papers to be published in the proceedings and presented in ICALT, the PhD Student who proposed the paper should register as a Student Author at IEEE (175 Euro) or non-IEEE Rates (245 Euro) The conference fees include full entry to all events (Keynotes/ Invited Speeches, Workshops, Papers Presentations, Poster/Demos Sessions and Panels), Welcome Reception and Conference Banquet, Coffee Breaks and Luncheons, as well as one copy of the ICALT 2010 Proceedings (in CD-ROM).
