Co-located with the 10th IEEE International Conference on Wireless and Mobile Computing, Networking and Communications (WiMoB 2014)

Submission deadline: June 23, 2014 (extended)

Papers should be submitted fully formatted in PDF format as intended for the final publication. All papers will be peer reviewed and the comments will be provided to the authors.

Once accepted, the paper will be included into the IEEE conference proceedings published by IEEE Computer Society Press and will be accessible via IEEE Xplore Digital Library. At least one of the authors of each accepted paper is required to register to the conference and present the paper.

The CNBuB 2014 workshop aims at serving as a meeting point for exchanging ideas, discussing solutions, and sharing experiences among researchers and practitioners, both from academia and community networks. The workshop solicits original papers addressing theoretical and practical challenges of community networks and bottom-up-broadband, including insights from other disciplines that contribute to the socio-technical-economic understanding of the community network operation and growth.

Topics of interest for CNBuB 2014 include, but are not limited to:

¦ Community network security and privacy

======== Submission guidelines ==============

Workshop papers must follow the same guidelines as the IEEE WiMob 2014.

Authors are invited to submit manuscripts reporting original unpublished research and recent developments in the topics related to the workshop. The length of the papers must not exceed 6 IEEE pages (8.5" x 11" - US letter, Two-Column).

Papers must be submitted electronically by June 1st, 2014, using EDAS online submission system. All submitted manuscripts will be peer-reviewed by members of the international program committee. Paper acceptance will be based on its relevance for community networks, originality, significance, technical soundness, and clarity of presentation.
