The KSE conference is an open international forum for presentation, discussion and exchange of the latest advances and challenges in research of Knowledge and Systems Engineering. The main objective of the conference is to bring together researchers, academics, practitioners and students not only to share research results and practical applications but also to foster collaboration in research and education in KSE. The ninth edition of the conference, KSE 2017, will be held in Hue city, an ancient capital of Vietnam, during October 19-21, 2017, and organized by Hue University of Education.

KSE 2017 solicits contributions dealing with any aspects of Knowledge and Systems Engineering. The organizers of the conference invite the papers on the following themes, but not limited to:

The submissions will be peer-reviewed for originality and scientific quality. The proceedings will be published by IEEE and be available at the conference. Accepted papers with high quality will be planned to invite to submit to a special issue of a reputable ISI Journal.
