We are looking forward to welcoming the academic and research community to the beautiful city of Dubrovnik from 17th–18th April 2015 for the 3rd International OFEL Conference, hosted by the University of Dubrovnik, Department of Economics and Business Economics.

OFEL 2014 was our second conference to date, with high profile plenary sessions and over a hundred papers presented across 3 major tracks. The OFEL 2015 conference offers a unique opportunity for scholars and practitioners interested in the issues related to governance, management and entrepreneurship to share their thinking and latest research findings.

The keynote speaker at the OFEL 2015 Conference will be Professor Davide Ravasi, Ph.D., Cass Business School, City University London, UK. Keynote title: ‘Strategic Change and Organization Identity’.

In conjunction with the OFEL conference an academic writing workshop was held by the Academy of Management (AoM) MOC Division for early career researchers from Universities in South East Europe. We are very pleased to announce that the academic writing workshop will be held as a part of the 2015 conference, which will once again enrich the experience of all participants.
