WiCOM, the 11th International Conference on Wireless Communications, Networking and Mobile Computing, is an annual conference in China since 2005. This conference was held in Wuhan, Shanghai, Dalian, Beijing, and Chengdu from 2005 to 2014. Each year there are 100 - 500 attendees from Asia, Europe, America, etc., and there have been quite a lot of well known experts giving plenary speeches. In 2015, WiCOM will be held in Shanghai, China from September 21 to 23. Paper Submission: Authors are invited to submit papers through the Conference Submission system by May 15, 2015. Submissions must be original and should not have been published previously or be under consideration for publication while being evaluated for this conference.
