The Young Researchers Conference with its two conference tracks, "Energy Efficiency" and "Biomass", present the work and achievements of young researchers in these fields. The conference offers an opportunity to interact with researchers and industry experts from all over the world.

The Young Researchers Conference takes place on 1-2 March 2017 in Wels/Austria and is organised by the OÖ Energiesparverband, the energy agency of Upper Austria.

*** The 2 best contributions are honoured with the awards "Best Young Researcher: Energy Efficiency" and "Best Young Researcher: Biomass" and receive 1,000 Euro each as prize money. ***

*** The organiser of the conference covers the costs of accommodation, meals, participation and local transport (3 conference days) for up to 60 selected participants. ***

Call for Papers
Young researchers (born after 1981) are invited to submit contributions. A high-level scientific committee selects papers for oral or poster presentation. Submissions are invited from all scientific fields (e.g. technology & engineering, economic and social sciences, architecture, law, arts, etc.) and must be in English only.
